TEAM APPLICATIONS - Please note that all team slots are now taken, however if you would like to join the waiting list please apply as normal and we will keep you posted, many thanks for your interest.
This is a social amateur tournament.
Professionally contracted players are prohibited from playing in the tournament.
Team Fees
Team registration fee: HKD $6,000 per Team
Early Bird discount: HKD$5,500 per Team
(applicable only if paid before 1 April 2021)
Rugby Sevens Tickets (3-day entry):
HKD $1,950 per ticket
NB - Payee MUST pay all bank transfer costs!
Deadline for all payments: 4th October 2021
Team Registration
Please complete the following:
1. Transfer registration fee to Kowloon RugbyFest Bank account (details found below)
2. Email a copy of the payment receipt or bank reference number to teams@rugbyfest.org in order for us to track your payment
3. Fill out the online Team registration by clicking the button below
Team Feature in
Rugbyfest Magazine
If you paid the registration fee, filled the registration form and you received an email from us to confirm your Team has a slot confirmed already, please remember you are also required to submit the following details for the feature in the Kowloon RugbyFest Magazine:
a) Team photo
b) Team write-up
c) Team logo/badge
d) Team colours
e) Confirmation of team travel insurance

Please remember to email a copy/photo of the payment receipt to admin@rugbyfest.org for our tracking purposes. Failure to provide a payment receipt may result in unnecessary delays to your Team registration's process, or your payment becoming untraceable altogether until the required details have been provided.
All handling fees or bank charges related to the payment transfer are to be burdened by the Sender. Please ensure that the final amount received in our bank account matches the amount invoiced. If you have questions regarding the bank fees, please contact your bank for details.
