Insurance - All teams entering the Kowloon RugbyFest must ensure that each member of the team has adequate insurance to play in the tournament. You are required to acknowledge this requirement by ticking this box.

The team manager/organizer must submit a copy of the insurance cover to the tournament organizers before the commencement of the tournament and must have a copy of the policy available on the day of the tournament. You are required to acknowledge this requirement by ticking this box.

Yes, I understand that our Team is required to purchase Travel Insurance and submit a copy of the policy.

Kowloon RugbyFest is a social amateur tournament. Professionally contracted players are prohibited from playing in the tournament. I acknowledge this stipulation and confirm that there will be no professionally contracted players in our team.

Our image (film or photographs), voice (video recording, sound clip or other formats) and/or story may be used in any advertising and fundraising campaign of KRC. It may be used by other KRC members and other KRC events to spread the word.

Our image, voice and/or story could appear on websites, in newspapers, on social media platforms, in a report or on the television and radio. However, KRC is not obliged to use your story.

Our image, voice and/or story could be seen or heard by anyone around the world (including in our own community and country).
