RUGBYFEST is open to 20 teams playing in a round robin format with four pools each comprising of 5 teams.

Each team comprising a maximum squad number of 16 players.

After the pool stages teams will progress into the knockout stage made up of the following competitions: - CUP, PLATE, BOWL and SHIELD. The knockout stages will follow a semi-final stage followed by a final in each competition.
